Recently, I have been asked to qualify my invention, The V.I.B.E. Machine, and how this journey into healing began. My background is in electronics. From a young age I found it interesting, no - more like necessary, to disassemble things just to find out how they worked. Much to the delight of my parents, I was talented enough to put them back together successfully as well. When it was time to choose a profession, I naturally pursued a degree in electronics and later served in the military, again, in the electronics field. Little did I know, at that time, how my decision would guide my ultimate path through this life. Operating a successful electronics repair business for over 27 years, I dabbled in various inventions in the energies and frequencies arena...more as a hobby than anything else. Over a period of a few years, I developed one of the most important discoveries of my lifetime, moreover, this millennium. The V.I.B.E. Machine came to be a reality. It was born of many hours of reading, studying, tinkering, and experimenting. The thing that drove me, I discovered recently, was the promise of healing, helping and most importantly, advancing the human body's vibrational level. Although the technical aspects of this apparatus were always clear to me, the metaphysical implications only started coming together in my mind within the last year.

Labeled a "dreamer" by friends and family a leap of faith is all it really took to put the wheels in motion…the healers started coming. Along with the shamans, the clairvoyants, the alternative medicine practitioners, the enlightened and the awakened. They came from as far away as Israel. At first it was overwhelming and profound to be in the presence of people who have sat in audience with world-renowned spiritual leaders. But the gentle, yet strong nature, of these chosen people has served to teach and guide me into a world I only dreamed of before. I have been encouraged to embrace each new experience with love and courage, and not to fear the unknown. I have been told countless times that my mission is to take my machine, and this technology, to the next level, and that I will develop it in a parallel dimension. Only then will we experience the full capabilities of this tool.

The machine…The V.I.B.E. Machine works on five different levels by using a medium electromagnetic field. In this field, a high voltage pulse is added along with ozone. The charge is placed at a negative voltage, which is being transmitted to an antenna designed to twist the magnetic field. It is then routed through noble and inert gases. These gases are in a plasma state, varying in frequencies, which relate to human cellular frequencies. Plasma is found between the protons and electrons of all cells in the human body. By oscillating this plasma state, the cells are energized. Disease (dis-ease) is a state found in non-vibrating, non-charged, or non-energized cells…you do the math. The V.I.B.E. Machine brings the vibrational level of your body back to its natural state of being. It is a technological breakthrough in enhancing the human body by helping it reach optimum vibration and energy.

What it does for us mentally and physically…On the emotional level, based on the testimonials of numerous people who have experienced this device, the V.I.B.E. Machine helps to clear negative energy from your aura and creates positive changes in your life. The initial effects vary from person to person. Some people, after sitting in front of it for a minute or two, find they are energized and upbeat. Some find that they are emotionally drained and physically tired. What we are finding is that it depends on your mental state of mind, your physical health, and most importantly, your intent. "Intent" is defined as "a conscious plan". Therefore, whatever you put into your time spent with my device…whatever your conscious plan is at the time…will be what you ultimately experience. Nancy Campbell: Gene, you have so many interesting stories about the Vibe Machine and the people it has helped.

Gene Koonce: Well we have Dr. Carl Merritt in Aptos, California who has a Vibe machine and he's friends with Richard Quick who is head coach of the Stanford University Women's Swim Team. There are 22 women on the team and he vibed them 3 times for 3 minutes. The first time they vibed the team, 2 girls broke their personal best record. The next time they vibed them, 3 girls broke their personal best and 1 girl broke the US 200 meter breaststroke record and they won both of their meets even though they were the underdogs.

So then they went to College Station, Texas and we shipped a machine down there for the NCAA finals. One girl, Tara Kirk, broke the World record 200-meter breaststroke. I spoke with Richard after this was all over and he said in 16 years at Stanford and 6 years at Texas A & M he has never seen anything like this in his life and he is willing to do double-blind studies in the fall for free for us.

And we have had results with other athletes too. In Colorado I had a woman weight lifter who used the Vibe for 30 days and broke the Colorado record in some area. I had another guy in Denver that could only run 5 miles and he could never get past 5 miles. He used the Vibe one time and he said he could run 10 miles. So we're getting results with professional athletes and we're getting results with people with serious health issues.

NC: The scope of this machine is amazing. I had always thought of the machine as more health related. Is this primarily what most people use the machine for?

GK: Well, I built the Vibe machine as an energy device to increase the amplitude of your cells' oscillations, to take the voltage to minus 70 millivolts DC. And the Vibe pretty well does the whole body, so you're working from head to toe.

NC: Gene, tell me how you actually got motivated to invent the Vibe Machine.

GK: Well, both my parents died in 2000. Mom and dad had rheumatoid arthritis and it was crippling to the point where my mom couldn't pick up an apple and dad had trouble getting around. It finally just got them. And in my electronics business even just bending over sitting down I could feel pain in my joints.

At that time I was 50 and decided I needed to look for something to help the pain. I got the idea of adding high voltage and frequencies to water. Originally, it was just for the purification of water and then I found that it kicked up my energy level. I was just building something that would help so that I wouldn't start getting stiff and so that my energy would come back.

And the effects of the device seemed to be that people sitting in front of it would go back to their doctors, and their doctor would say your blood sugar is normal now, your blood pressure is normal now or your tumors are gone, whatever.

NC: So are you saying it was kind of a fluke?

GK: Yes, because it was just built as an energy device, but I discovered it also balanced the amplitude or height, of all your organs. For example, if your lungs are oscillating at the same height as your heart, your kidneys and your spleen, but in one of your other organs the height or amplitude is lower, then you know that organ (with the lower amplitude) has something going on. When you crank up the level of that organ so that everything works in unison, you create this electromagnetic field.

The body has these electromagnetic points called charkas. And whenever you have blood flow through a vein or a lymph gland, it creates a secondary effect of an electromagnetic field around the blood vein. Normally, the red and white blood cells are like bumper cars flowing through the blood vein in random order.

However, when you apply this electromagnetic field in a spiral vortex, like the Vibe Machine does, it allows the blood to flow in an orderly fashion. The red and white blood cells line up like cars on a highway so you get more blood flow: more white cells, red cells and oxygen throughout the body. And when you get the transfer of the blood this way, it helps to get whatever is going on in the body handled quicker, I guess is the easiest way to say it.

Your cellular walls need a minus 70 millivolts DC potential to be healthy. As that minus 70 millivolts DC potential decreases or diminishes, and then the cells do not oscillate at the frequency that they should run. As the frequency drops to 50 millivolts, the cells becomes sluggish, toxins build up in the body. Then when the frequency reaches about 30 millivolts it ferments and that's how cancer starts.

In order to be totally healthy, you need to get all your cells running at an optimum level, get the toxins out and then change your lifestyle back to what it's supposed to be: proper nutrition, no environmental toxins or emotional issues, crank out the 70% raw and fresh. If you do this, you can keep and hold that amplitude or that level so you don't have to use the Vibe Machine forever. You just need to use it to get whatever is in there, out.

NC: People ask me how long do they need to use the Vibe Machine and I tell them that once you get to the point you want to be and you change your lifestyle, you don't have to keep using it. But if you continue your old bad habits with food or drugs or whatever, then you're going to have to use the Vibe forever because you have to keep getting rid of the toxins. Is that pretty much it?

GK: Yeah. We had this lady come in with ovarian cancer and we brought her CA 125 back into line in about 3 weeks. CA 125 is a marker test that the doctor's do to check to see if there is cancer growth. So we brought it back into line and she said well she was not willing to give up her cakes and candies and bakery items. Instead she just wanted to use the Vibe Machine. I said if you just change your diet then you don't need this device anymore and you can hold your marker level where it needs to be just by doing that.

NC: Was she willing to do that?

GK: No. We had a guy come in with one lung and he still smoked. Some people just don't want to give it up.

NC: Were you able to help him with the Vibe Machine?

GK: Oh yes. Within 3 days the oxygen level went back up. Before this, he had someone coming in to help him do grocery shopping and take care of the house. Let's see, he started the Vibe on a Wednesday and by the following Monday, he was able to go to the grocery store and take care of the work around the house, so things changed fairly quickly. He found that his sleeping habits were better and he's having a deeper sleep.

NC: Do you have any stories about animals or children that have been helped by the Vibe Machine, because people are always asking me who can use the machine? I say pretty much anybody, but I'd like your take on that.

GK: Well the kids and the animals both get really good results. We've had three kids with stuttering and within 5 days they completely quit stuttering. They were 16 when they came in, so they'd had it all their life.

NC: That's interesting because I always thought stuttering was more of an emotional problem than a physical one.

GK: I just heard of this last week from Loveland Colorado. A 12 year old had 120 seizures a day, some of them grand mal. Her parents took her to the Mayo Clinic. They tried everything there. They gave her some kind of drugs and got her down to 90 seizures a day. She used the Vibe Machine for 30 some times and she has not had a seizure in 3 weeks.

We've got another guy - he's not quite a kid, but I want to throw this in - he's a farmer and he was spraying his corn with pesticides or fertilizers and this kicked off full-blown MS where before he just had borderline MS symptoms.

His parents put him in a wheelchair; his eyes rolled into the back of his head and he lost function of his hands. He's about 35 or 36 and they've been bringing him in every day now for about 4 months. He's able to bring his eyes back to focus, which he never was able to do, and he can hold his head up now where he couldn't even do that before. I see this slow process and it's all from spraying these pesticides.

Also, his mom had headaches for years, and she goes in (to Vibe) with him and she said the headaches are now gone and her body has just gone back to normal.

The pets…we had Sara a golden retriever from Gunnison on the western slops of Colorado. It's a 5½ hour drive from Gunnison to Greeley, CO. Mitch the owner brought this golden in. The dog had lymphoma and was going to die. They were giving the dog IV's for hydration. The dog had not eaten in 10 days and was in very poor condition. He brought the dog in and we put Mitch and Sara on the Vibe machine for 2 minutes. The dog came out of the room and drank 2/3 of a glass of water. Mitch took Sara to the park and she ate a hamburger. He brought her back 4 hours later and we vibed them both again another 2 minutes in the afternoon. She came out of the room and drank half a glass of water and ate all the chicken scraps in the store. Mitch drove the dog back to Gunnison, again 5 ½ hours.

Mitch had a lump about the size of a golf ball on the back of his neck and by the time he got home it was half gone. He was so excited that the next day he picked up his fiancé, and his dad in Denver and brought them back to Greeley to use the Vibe machine. The dad had chronic constipation and he said that went away. Mitch said that his dog Sara is doing great.

Lots of dogs that come in have tumors or they can't get around because they have arthritis, and some of them have eyesight problems.

My dog Teddy is a half schnauzer. Every time he hears the machine he wants to run in there and get in front of it. Other dogs will go in there and they'll want to lean against it. And rather than scaring them away, it attracts them.

NC: I know you have a lot of stories, but what would you say is the most amazing recovery you've seen with the Vibe Machine?

GK: There are two of them. The first is a man that had pancreatic cancer. It's been over a year now since they took ¾ of his pancreas and his spleen out and the doctors said don't waste your time with chemo and radiation. You'll never work again. And he got in front of the Vibe and the guy went back to work full-time. He just got tested again and one of his surgeons said there is no cancer in him at all.

We have this other lady that had ovarian cancer and her CA 125 was at 515. Now she'd previously gone through chemo and radiation, had a hysterectomy and the cancer came back a third time. The doctors at the University Hospital in Denver found three tumors: one 3 x 3 inches, a second one wrapped around the aorta and a third one in her sacrum, and they told her that it was inoperable. So her husband brought her in and we vibed her 11 times at 8 minutes a day.

She went back to University Hospital and had her CA 125 tested. It came back at 37 and the doctors thought there was something wrong with the test so they did it again and it came back at 22. Then they did a CAT scan and an MRI and they found that all the tumors were gone. The doctors asked what was going on and she said she was just taking some vitamins!

What's interesting is that a lot of the people will mention things that have happened when they come out of the (vibe) room. We do between 100 and 150 people a day at the store (in Greeley). I'll ask them how there're doing and they'll say oh my pain's gone or the arthritis is better or my blood pressure dropped or my cholesterol levels have lowered. A lot of people with prostate issues tell me their PSA's will go from about 80 to 8 within about a month. A PSA is another marker doctors use to test.

We hung an eye chart in front of the room and sometimes we'll have them read the lowest, the smallest line, then get vibed. When they come out we test them again and they can actually see better. And that's pretty common. People are dropping their contacts and reading glasses and eye floaters. Some guy told me he had about 50 eye floaters and they all disappeared within a month.

Another guy in Windsor, Canada had chronic lower back pain for 50 years and it went away after a month. He bought a machine and did it every day.

NC: Some people think the Vibe Machine is a miracle cure and some people say there is no miracle cure. What do you think?

GK: It doesn't cure anything or anyone. All it does is bring the vibratory rate back to where it needs to be which allows the body to do what it needs to do because the body is the only thing that can heal itself. And so it's a tool is all it is. Doctors cannot cure anyone either. Neither can drugs. All they're doing is creating voltages and frequencies in the body with a secondary effect to bring up the amplitude of the cells and to get them operating. But drugs all seem to have side effects and we've done well over 30,000 people with the Vibe Machine and to date we have had nothing bad happen. We don't seem to have any side effects.

NC: And that in itself is a miracle!

GK: Some of these people that come in - I guess I'm back on the stories! We had a high school kid with really bad acne come in and within 3 times it was all gone and then the high school kids started lining up. And they said well if this is all I gotta do is sit in front of this machine, that's great! I don't have to smear stuff on my face or anything else.

NC: It is almost too good to be true…it's easy, sessions are relatively inexpensive, and it has no side effects.

GK: I believe, from an electronics background, that everything is nothing more than toxin build-up in the body and as these toxins build up the cell's oscillation rate starts to decrease and that causes these health issues.

NC: It sounds so simple. How come it's taken so long to get to this point?

GK: We have 35 pages of information of electromagnetic therapy that has gone through clinical trials and clinical studies over the last hundred years. You can look at all of these clinical studies and electromagnetic therapy has been used pretty much across the board for anything from cancer to eyesight to arthritis to headaches and with tremendous results. And yet the mainstream community has just pushed this thing to the side because there is no profit in the cure only in the treatment.

There have been studies done where 16 out of 16 people with Stage 4 cancers have used electromagnetic therapy and they don't have cancer anymore. And yet these studies just get shoved back out of the way.

A lot of the technology I used for the Vibe machine comes from the Tesla device and that is another thing that's been covered up. Nicola Tesla invented AC and yet everybody thought it was Edison. Actually Tesla worked for Edison. But if it were up to Edison everything would have been DC. Nicola Tesla was also able to pull energy from the sky and the earth to run things - airplanes, trains, automobiles, and your household. This energy has always been there. They used to call it the ether until 1970 and then the name was changed to plasma…solid liquid gas, plasma. Plasma is 95% of the universe.

And it's an energy that is there - it's between your hands if you hold your hands up in front of you. Yet it has a balance to it. Tesla was able to create scalar waves. A scalar wave can move 1½ times the speed of light. The Vibe Machine produces that energy also.

I spoke with Dr. Rustin Roy from Penn State and he's been scientific advisor to the last 4 Presidents of the United States. He's a very good scientist and he's been aware of the Vibe Machine for about a year and he said it produces scalar waves and we did some testing and that's absolutely true. Scalar waves promote healing.

We also have another guy by the name of Dr. Norman Shealy who has written 29 books and is President of a college. He has proved that the Vibe Machine destroys free radicals in your body. Free radicals cause inflammation and inflammation causes all diseases. He's doing a pilot study right now so they can go ahead and do a full-blown clinical study in that area.

We also have Harvard Medical School interested in the device. In the next couple of weeks we need to go up there and speak with them. They want to use it between lithium and shock therapy to see what it will do for people with mentally unstable issues.

We've actually got a couple of schizophrenics that come in the store and they're doing a lot better. You know they're a lot more outgoing. It seems to balance a lot of these people. And they're able to handle a lot of stress and some of them are able to get off whatever meds they're on. We've had a lady on Prozac for 3½ years. She used the Vibe once for 2 minutes and got off Prozac.

We're working with the military right now. We did a presentation in front of them. They're looking at using the Vibe for soldiers in the Iraqi war for wound healing, pain control and stress. They want to cover those three areas. They are so short staffed. This hospital that we went to had 2,400 employees and we did a presentation in front of 50 MD's and I went into one waiting room and they had 39 people waiting just to see the doctor.

It kind of reminds me of when I was in the army - I'm going to hospital, I'll be back tomorrow. If not, it'll be the next day! So they have plenty of people coming through. And I know it would help. We could move into this" phantom" pain issue with amputees. We've had amputees that have used it one time and their phantom pain went away. Just things they say that you cannot do - it seems like they use the machine and a lot of these things seem to have been helped considerably.

And then we have Katherine Crete who works at the University of Tucson, and she's been able to photograph bio-photonic light. She wants to do a study on the Vibe Machine and how it affects the human body and how this bio-photonic light is increased in the body. She'll probably study what effects this has on headaches because we're having people that comes in with a headache leave without the headache.

So we have another study that Dr. Dean Hayden north of San Francisco wants to do on pain control and pain management. He's a clinical research analyst.

And we have another study by the National Foundation of Alternative Medicine in Washington D.C. that wants to do a study on cancer and we're going to set this up in Peru with the hospitals in Peru. We were told that the National Institute of Health is not allowing cancer studies with alternative devices in the United States at this time. So we're kind of forced to do these cancer studies outside the U.S.

NC: Do you have people who come 4 or 5 times and don't notice any changes?

GK: Yeah. You know the machine doesn't do everything and I never really built it to do everything. I think that if, after vibing, a person were to go and get their blood tested, check their oxygen level, their cholesterol, they would see a difference. You want to get your heart rate down and you want to get your oxygen up. And if you have more oxygen in your bloodstream and your heart rate is not beating ridiculously fast you're going to live longer. I see that these people coming in seem to be balancing out and they feel better. I know that when you feel better you act better. And that seems to be par for the course.

NC: The reason I was asking is I have this friend and she has had this chronic pain in her hip and down her leg for 15 years. And she's tried everything. She's gone to every doctor, she's had tests, everything. Nobody can even say what it is or what's causing it. She's been to specialists, regular doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage. All this and nothing relieves the pain. When she found out about the Vibe Machine she wanted to try it. So she came 4 times but maybe once a month as she travels a lot in her job. And she was very disappointed because it didn't help after 4 times. Shouldn't she have felt some improvement after using the Vibe 4 times?

GK: We had this guy with a similar issue in Boulder. He had a pain on the right side for 30 years. And he came 35 times and it went away. He came about 4 or 5 times a week. He would drive the 50 minutes over here to get vibed. But you have to stick with it for a period of time depending on the issue.

NC: So did he immediately notice something after the first few times?

GK: No. I told him, "You need to give this an honest shot." I suggested coming 10 times and then re-evaluate how you feel then as compared to when you first started, and kind of look at it that way.

We had this lady who bought a machine and she had breast cancer - terminal breast cancer. She elected not to use chemo and radiation. She just used the Vibe Machine. And she did it every day for 4 months and she went back and she has no cancer.

Even if you just help one person, it's worth it. It doesn't mean that everybody's going to get results. Some people, they don't even know when they get good results. There was this wife who would bring her husband in, the guy had a stroke, and they came in 4 or 5 times and I'd say how are you doing and he'd say, well I haven't noticed anything. And the wife says, don't let him kid you. He sleeps better, he's got more energy, he's more alert and he's doing all kinds of things like working in the yard now. And so you know darn well that something's happening.

If it's an issue, say it's a tumor that's very, very large or it's too far along. These people come in from hospice and they're not doing well when they walk in the door. I didn't build the machine for that. Just to give them energy. It cannot do some of these people. I don't expect it to. It's not a do or die device. It's an energy device to balance things. And people need to balance things as they start getting out of balance so they don't end up with major health problems. If you balance your system, open it up, get all of your communications going, then your body is going to work better.

NC: Are you tweaking the machine all the time or are there any new developments?

GK: We're working on adding a timer assembly. We're also doing beta testing right now on specific frequencies that can be added with just the push of a button. For example, if an individual says they have a virus or a fungus or cancer, those frequencies can be added by pressing in a key to add what we call holoforms or geometric frequencies. We also have another device that you can get inside of and the geometry is transmitted towards the individual.

The Vibe also has this 90-degree phase shift between electromagnetic and electrical fields. We built the base out of material that blocks electrical fields but allows electromagnetic fields to travel. It has the scalar waves present, the standing waves, and we are working with what they call the "A" field. All of these energies used to be called the ether, now it's called the plasma. We are made up of these energies, even though you cannot see them. It's just like frequencies can travel through a wall, like a radio or a cell phone, but you cannot stick your hand through the wall. These frequencies can go into the body and they can help to reorganize the cells and bring their levels to where they need to be rather than using drugs to try and accomplish something, and then having side effects. The Vibe Machine doesn't have any side effects.
